STEM Femme Fellowship
CDF STEM Femme Fellows will drive tangible change by providing targeted digital training to women, and paving flexible avenues of workforce participation for them.

The objective of CDF STEM Femme Fellowship is to select women technologists, mid-management professionals, social sector workers and students as STEM Femme Fellows, who will work over 6 months to enable women (participants) from diverse backgrounds to bridge the digital skill gap through targeted digital training, so that they can participate in the workforce and entrepreneurship.
The Fellows (STEM Femmes) will identify and onboard women (participants) from various socio-economic backgrounds who possess basic computer skills, and are willing and able to take up fractional employment or run their own small enterprises, navigating the restraints of various social barriers.
CDF STEM Femmes will facilitate targeted digital training for the participants to enhance their opportunities for economic participation through gig digital microwork* projects, gainful employment, or advancing their own enterprises.
